After Wrap Care
After you have gotten your vehicle wrapped and are enjoying the benefits of increased business and brand awareness you get with a vehicle wrap. You need to take care of your car or truck wrap. The vinyl on your vehicle is tough, but it is not paint and you should not care for it like paint.
Your wrap should last 3-5 years with proper care and maintenance. Frogskin Wraps should be cared for using the following products. They have been specially formulated for vehicle wrap care and will maximize your investment.
Wrap Wash
Safe to use on Vinyl-Wrapped Vehicles!! Use for Prep and Maintenance. A super concentrated high foaming and lubricating cleanser. Unlike most acidic products for washing vehicles, WRAP WASH is pH balanced! No Alkaline buildup! DOES NOT REQUIRE WETTING THE VEHICLE FIRST, SO SAVES TIME, $$, AND THE ENVIRONMENT. This shampoo removes tough road film, oil, soot, dirt and residue easily. Contains specialized components that produce a positive charge, repelling dirt and leaving a clean mirror-like finish. Will not harm weather seals, wiper blades, or graphics. Use 2 OZ/Gallon of water. Wipe on with a soft brush, cloth or sponge, rinse off while still wet.
Wrap Polish
Protects new wraps. Restores original luster to time-dulled finishes, removes light scratches, repairs minor clear coat damage, blocks close to 100% of UV Rays. Wrap Polish does not contain wax. It is a high-tech blend of polymers, which gently removes oxidation and pollution. Protects against the harshest of elements including sun, saltwater, road film. Will not chip, crack or turn yellow. Simply wipe-on/wipe-off. May even be applied in direct sunlight. Also Safe for use on clear coats, gel coats, acrylics, plastic paints, epoxies, urethanes, etc.
